From menu, click "Tools" and select "Internet Options"
In "General" tab and under "Browsing history", click "Delete" button
Uncheck box next to "Preserve favorite’s website data"
Check boxes next to "Temporary Internet Files and Website Files" and "Cookies"
Click "Delete" button
Firefox
Click Menu (on toolbar), choose Tools and select Options
Click on "Privacy and Security"
Under "Cookies and Site Data", click "Clear Data" button
Check boxes next to "Cookies, site data, and Cached web content"
Click "clear" button
Chrome
Click on 3 dots on top right corner
Click Settings
Scroll down to bottom, click on "Advance"
Under "Privacy and Security", click on "Clear browsing data"
On "Time range", select "all time"
Click "Clear Data" button
